Fracta does not collect any payment information in connection with the use of the Site. We may contact payment information for the payment of fees for the use of the Service. All credit card numbers are encrypted and transmitted in encrypted form to Fracta’s third party payment processor. Fracta does not have access to or store any credit card numbers.
Fracta does not require you to provide any sensitive data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic, and biometric data to use the Site or the Service.
Use of the Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. Without limiting the foregoing, Fracta does not target the Site and/or the Service to persons under the age of 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Therefore, we ask you not to provide us with personal information of persons under the age of 16. If we learn that personal information of persons under 16 years of age has been collected on or through the Site, or the Service then we may terminate access to the Site and/or the Service for that individual.
